For outside participants only. Fee will be collected on-spot at the event venue. No online payment required regardless of form submission time.

Fill the Google Form accurately
Enter all details carefully as they'll be used for official communication and certificates. Outside DCRUST participants must upload permission letter from their institution.

Submit and confirm
Click 'Submit' to confirm your registration. On-the-spot registration is also allowed during event days.

Pay fee at venue (if applicable)
Outside participants: Registration fee of ₹100 will be collected on-spot at the event venue. No online payment required. DCRUST students have separate registration flow.

Should I register individually or as a group?
For group participation, only one form should be filled by the team coordinator on behalf of all members. Individual members should not submit separate forms for the same group event. For individual performances, participants must fill their own form.
What is the registration fee and when do I pay?
Registration fee is ₹100 for outside participants only. The fee will be collected on-spot at the event venue. No online payment is required, regardless of when you submit the form. DCRUST students follow a separate process.
What documents do I need to upload?
Participants from affiliated colleges or institutions outside DCRUST must upload an application/permission letter from their college/university confirming their participation. This document may include names of all participants.
Can I register multiple times for the same event?
No. Participants are strictly advised not to submit multiple entries for the same event, as duplicate registrations will not be considered and may lead to disqualification or coordination issues.
Can I register on the spot during the event?
Yes, on-the-spot registration will be allowed during the event days (15-16 November 2025). However, pre-registration is recommended. Last date for online registration is 12 November 2025, 6 PM.
